Refund policy

We are committed to delivering high-quality products. We strive to meet the needs and expectations of our customers to the best of our abilities. However, we do not accept returns on any products. However, if you receive a damaged item, you can reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery via Instagram, WhatsApp or Email at Contact@maachis.art

We will respond within a few hours and process an exchange or refund accordingly. If a refund/exchange is approved, the customer must ship the product back to us within 3 days of receiving it. Once we receive the damaged product, we will initiate the refund/exchange within the next 3 days. In case of refunds, refund will be credited in 3 business days to the original bank account.
